まさに刺激とか興奮の程度にもかかわるのかなと思うのですけれども、どんなふうに考えたらいいのか、お答えいただければと思います。

ある程度セクシーとかそれを売り物にする場合もあるかもしれませんし、それによってファンの子が多少性的興奮といいますか、
することは否定できないかもしれません。(略)

これを見る限り、ジャニーズJr等の写真やＤＶＤも「性欲を興奮させ又は刺激するもの」として規制対象に該当する可能性がありそうです。
